Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where do I park when I come to Immanence Health?

We will email you a map with the best areas to park.

  • How long is the initial appointment?

Your initial visit with your physician is a comprehensive 2 hours appointment.

  • What makes this clinic different from others?

Our objective is to uncover the root causes of the illness, not just treat the symptom.

  • Do you accept insurance?

Unfortunately, our providers are not in-network with any insurance carriers. Our services are pay-at-time of service. We will supply you with a Superbill with the necessary codes to self-submit to your insurance carrier.

  • Is the facility in-patient or out-patient?

    We are an out-patient facility.

  • What do you expect from me? Commitment? Treatments? Compliance? Every 4- 6 weeks checking-in.

We ask that you commit to partnering with us for at least a year to get the results you are seeking. We treat each individual patient in layers which allows us to focus on the immediate healing priority without overwhelming the system. Treatments can help with the detox process from protocol and IVs that we recommend. We recommend check-ins every 4-6 weeks so we can ensure your healing journey is progressing and to adjust your current protocol to maximize what your body needs as you heal.

  • How much will it cost?

The cost depends on which healing path you select. Our patient support specialist can help you decide which path would be the best fit for you during our free discovery call. Our immersions typically range from $2500 for one day intensive to $8000 for a 5 day intensive. You can learn more about our healing options here.

  • What is the Autonomic Response Testing?

Autonomic Response Testing is a biofeedback enhanced physical exam that uses changes in muscle tone to show when the body goes into stress (sympathetic mode), relaxation (parasympathetic mode), or exhibits a neutral/no-change response.

  • What is needed before the first appointment?

We require basic blood work no older than 3 months. Our resident physician will review all of this with you at your initial health history appointment, and may assign additional testing prior to your first appointment.

  • What type of lab work do you do? Looking for the last 6 months - 1 year of labs.

We are looking for a basic blood workup. This includes a Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, CBC w/ differentials, and platelets, CRP, Ferritin, Iron and TIBC, RBC zinc, Thyroid panel, Reverse T3, Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy, ADH. We also like to have a G6PD which isn't typically ordered with basic blood work. If you need a referral to have this lab work done, please let us know and we can send you an order.

  • Should I stay on my current protocol and medications before my first appointment?

Yes, continue on your current protocol and medications until your provider tells you otherwise.
